Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

FastPrintCo.us ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name and contact information (email, phone, address)
• Payment information (processed securely through our payment providers)
• Order details and specifications
• Artwork and files you upload
• Communications with our support team

2. Etsy Orders

We sell through our own Etsy shop and use Etsy's API only to fulfill orders placed in that shop. When you order on Etsy, we receive the order details needed to make and ship your item: item, size and options, personalization text, and shipping name and address. We use this information only to produce and deliver your order and to post shipment tracking back to Etsy. We do not sell it, use it for marketing, or contact you outside Etsy. Order details are kept only as long as needed to complete the order and handle any issues, and are deleted 90 days after delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send promotional communications (with your consent)
• Improve our products and services

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Shipping carriers to deliver your orders
• Payment processors to handle transactions
• Service providers who assist our operations

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
