At FastPrintCo.us, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Custom Products
Because all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Orders that match the approved proof
- Errors in customer-supplied artwork or specifications
- Change of mind after proof approval
When We Offer Refunds
We will provide a full refund or replacement if:
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product does not match the approved proof
- The product is damaged during shipping
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
- Before proof approval: Full refund available
- After proof approval: Orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately
